Offer optional AI image creation

Connect your image provider, choose the products and guide customer requests.

   Connect the provider in Settings

   Open Settings → AI image generation. Select the supported provider format and a model your account can access, enter its dedicated API key and set your generation limits. Provider usage is separate from Custom3D app billing.

   Opt in the product

   Edit the product and enable AI image generation. Add its system instructions: these guide every request for that product and stay hidden from the customer. AI is optional and independent of your 2D or 3D view settings.

   Let the customer describe the result

   In the installed store’s editor, the customer opens the AI image studio and enters their own prompt. They can create from text or refine an uploaded or pasted reference image. The customer request is combined with your product instructions.

   Review before applying

   Wait for the actual provider result. The customer can discard it or apply it to the product, then adjust the artwork with the tools you enabled. A connection check alone does not prove that an image can be generated.

5. 05

   Check the complete store flow

   Use your development store to check generation, applying the result, 2D/3D preview, cart and the saved order design. The public editor sample demonstrates editing and does not submit paid AI requests.
