Image only with a fixed frame

Keep uploads available while text, colors and image resizing stay restricted.

1. 01

   Enable only image customization

   Edit the product zone and keep images enabled. Disable text, shapes and color editing for that zone.

   Set the fixed image frame

   Enable the fixed image frame and enter its width and height in design coordinates. These values control the artwork frame; they are not physical millimeters.

   Choose customer views

   If customers should see only 3D, keep only 3D in the allowed customer views and make it the default. Internal texture coordinates do not create an extra customer view.

4. 04

   Save and test another upload

   Save the product, reopen the customer editor and replace the sample image. Check that its frame size stays fixed and disabled tools do not appear.
