Choose the customer preview

Offer 2D, 3D, or only the view that makes sense for your product.

   Set allowed customer views

   Edit customer experience settings and choose the permitted views. The configured product mode and the customer view restrictions are separate choices.

   Choose a useful default

   Set the default to one of the allowed views. Use only 3D when customers should stay on the product model.

   Check the model and framing

   Open the customer editor, wait for the real model, rotate it and use Reset view. Check large screens, narrow screens and short windows.

4. 04

   Check unavailable previews

   If a model fails, customers need visible recovery rather than a substitute product. Fix the product asset before relying on a 3D-only flow.
