Review saved designs and production files
Find the order artwork, reopen saved 3D and distinguish originals from production output.
- 01
Open the order item’s design
Open Orders, choose the order and review the design attached to the relevant product. For orders with several products, check each item separately.
- 02
Reopen the saved 3D view
Where a saved 3D design is available, open it from the order item and rotate the personalized model. This view uses the saved model and textures rather than reloading the merchant’s current product configuration.
- 03
Keep source artwork distinct
Download the original uploaded artwork and the AI-generated image where present. A text-only AI creation has a generated image without an uploaded reference original. These files are separate from a camera preview and the composed production image.
- 04
Download production assets
Use the available production PNG and personalized GLB downloads for your workflow. Open the downloaded files to check them. PNG/PDF export controls in the customer editor are separate; do not assume every order includes a stored PDF.
- 05
Check the saved result
Compare the order preview, reopened 3D view and downloaded artwork before production. Local draft recovery is separate from these order-linked saved designs.
Check your result
Verify the correct item and artwork, usable downloads and the expected 3D view. A preview image alone is not an interactive 3D model; a production PNG is not the untouched original upload.
