Regional pricing
Compare plan prices and per-unit fees across markets. Your store’s applicable prices appear automatically in Custom3D before you approve a plan in Shopify.
We use your store’s country and app billing currency from Shopify. The customer’s location and your browser’s IP address do not select the price.
Plans every 30 days
The recurring subscription is separate from the fee for each customized unit sold. All amounts below are in the stated billing currency.

Fee per customized unit sold
Usage is calculated from the number of customized units in paid orders, rather than the number of orders.

Business applies its reduced unit fee after 300 customized orders in a calendar month. The threshold counts orders; the fee itself is charged per customized unit.
The additional usage limit per billing cycle is 500 for Starter, 750 for Business, 1,000 for Pro and 2,000 for Enterprise, in the plan’s currency. This limit is separate from the recurring subscription and is shown for approval in Shopify.

How billing works
The catalogs use EUR or USD. European EUR prices require compatible Shopify app billing preferences; otherwise the standard USD catalog applies. Your Shopify confirmation displays the exact currency, recurring charge and usage terms. Bank conversion, taxes and payment fees may affect what you pay locally.
Countries outside the groups below use the standard USD catalog. If Shopify store information cannot be checked, a new regional offer is unavailable until the information can be refreshed.
Existing subscriptions keep their accepted prices. A change of country does not replace an accepted contract; a new plan requires your approval in Shopify.
A 14-day trial is available for eligible new installations. Shopify displays your applicable trial and charges during approval.
Optional AI image creation requires your own provider account. That provider bills usage separately from your Custom3D subscription.
